CMISI係由在經濟、統計與行銷研究領域擁有二、三十年經驗，具學理深厚基礎的經營者，結合國內多位專家學者組成，為國內最具實務經驗的專業市場調查研究與行銷企畫顧問機構。至2023年初，本公司承辦完成各類市場調查研究與顧問專案已達2,000件以上。

CMISI is led by experienced operators with two to three decades of expertise in the fields of economics, statistics, and marketing research, possessing a solid theoretical foundation. CMISI(上華)成立於1987年9月，已將近40年，係一綜合性專業調查研究機構，接受政府機構、財(社)團法人、國營事業及國內外工商企業之委託，從事財經政策研究、產業暨企業經濟研究、投資機會分析、市場發展潛力評估、產品市場調查、消費者研究、廣告促銷研究、行銷策略規畫，以及民意測驗等專案調查研究服務。

CMISI was established in September 1987, nearly 40 years . It is a comprehensive professional survey and research institution that undertakes commissioned projects from government agencies, foundations, state-owned enterprises, domestic and international businesses. Our services include economic policy research, industrial and corporate economic research, investment opportunity analysis, market development potential assessment, product market surveys, consumer research, advertising and promotional research, marketing strategy planning, as well as opinion polls and other specialized survey research services.

CMISI走過台灣經濟劇變的40年，一路從1980年代的金融貿易自由化及國營事業民營化、1990年代的公共投資擴大及提升經濟體質，到2000年以來全球資訊產業泡沫化、美國金融危機及歐債危機等，上華在台灣經濟發展的歷程上從不缺席，我們面對不同的時代，不同的企業，提出最好的解決方案。

Over the past 40 years, CMISI has witnessed Taiwan’s economic transformations, from the financial and trade liberalization of the 1980s, the privatization of state-owned enterprises, the expansion of public investments, and the enhancement of economic resilience in the 1990s, to the global information technology bubble, the US financial crisis, and the European debt crisis since the 2000s. Throughout these changes, CMISI has been actively engaged in Taiwan’s economic development journey, offering the best solutions to different eras and businesses.
